Mamta Mohandas was in the news recently, after she failed to turn up at the audio launch of her Tamil movie 'Thadaiyara Thaakka', which has Arun Vijay in the lead role. But the actress seems to have had a genuine reason for that.
According to sources, the 'Sivapadhikaram' and 'Guru En Aalu' heroine, who entered wedlock with her childhood friend recently, was with her husband in Bahrain and hence could not take part in the music launch of 'Thadaiyara Thaakka'.
However, she has been promoting the movie on her microblogging page. "Great mood listening to favourite tracks from my upcoming movie, Kelamalae... from Thadaiyara Thaakka," wrote the actress.
Directed by Magizh Thirumeni of 'Mundhinam Partheney' fame, 'Thadaiyara Thaakka' is an action entertainer produced by Feather Touch Entertainment. Shooting for the movie is over and the film will hit the screens soon.
